
3Paradis is a luxury fashion brand founded by Emeric Tchatchoua, renowned for its avant-garde, architecturally-informed designs. The brand has gained significant cultural momentum, worn by influential figures including Bella Hadid, Billie Eilish, Future, and Swae Lee, among others.
When we engaged with 3Paradis, their digital presence fell drastically short of their brand standards. Their website (a free prize from a design competition) was difficult to modify, plagued with UX inconsistencies and missing functionality, and lacked the sophistication their aesthetic demanded. With the shift to e-commerce accelerated by the pandemic, the brand urgently needed a professional, easily-managed platform that authentically reflected their luxury positioning and values.
We began with a comprehensive audit and implemented immediate improvements while maintaining sales continuity. In parallel, I developed a new platform that balanced aesthetic refinement with operational simplicity. The result was a fully self-administered website with clean architecture, advanced functionality, and a radically minimalist product page designed to showcase garments with intelligence and luxury. Every element was stripped to essentials, allowing the design and craftsmanship to speak.
The impact was immediate and significant: the redesigned platform drove a 187% increase in conversion rate, 226% growth in total orders, and 102% increase in overall sales within the first year of launch.
